which ones have you read and which one is your favorite? do you recommend any other books like these?

I liked the 1st Shopaholic book best. I think the first book in a series that isn't originally planned to be a series is always the best (ex. Shopaholic, Bridget Jones). It seems like the author uses up their creativity in the first books, or else exaggerates the characterization and plot in the later books. Still, a good series.
The author of the Shopaholic series also has another book, The Undomestic Goddess, which is also very good. It involves a lawyer who gets entirely stressed out and accidentally ends up being hired as a housekeeper. The Nanny Diaries is also good, about a girl working as a Nanny for an upscale family in NYC. I think there's also a sequel. And, of course, the Bridget Jones series.

I have only read one: Confessions of a Shopaholic but it was good. I enjoyed it.

i have read all of them apart from the secret dreamworld of a shophaloic i love the books they were wonderful my best was shophaloic and sister, a nice book to read is can u keep a secret also by the same author. other good books are bet me jennifer crusie and he loves lucy by susan donovan

I really wanted to like them but found them so badly written that I couldn't finish either one. Too bad, because I love chicklit in general.
