Which Telecom company are u talking about? 5 different countries have telecom service.

Never heard of CDI telecom, but try their customer service department....or your local phone company, they can cancel any long distance company that you want to cance. you can tell them you do not want ld anymore, and they will just cancel it for you if you are having problems canceling it yourself through cdi.

Call the customer service number, and say "I'd like to cancel my service"
