food with lots of iron, she might be turned of meat but red meat is the best form of iron for a pregnant women , i no i couldnt eat it but some women can.

lots of fiber and vitamins...take it easy on seafood especially shark because of the mercury. if she likes canned tuna from what i have read it is okay to eat like one or two cans a week..fruits and veggies especially...
