I am from Trinidad and Tobago. I must say i am extremely proud of the Soca Worriors. I have almost positive that most countries never heard about us but i am proud to be a trini.I can say for sure that the world needs to look out because we WILL be in South Africa in 2010. We may be a little island but we have Big Passion. We do not know what the future holds and one cannot say that we will not qualify. Together we aspire together we achieve. And with that in mind the world will be in for a BIG SURPRISE IN 2010

Trinidad and Tobago was up against Mexico, the US, and Costa Rica this year too and they made it, so I'm not sure what the last poster's point is. If they did it this time, who's to say they won't make it in 4 years? Mexico was the only team in that group that really had it together and showed they were a force to be reckoned with. I wouldn't be terribly worried about the US or Costa Rica.

Will be tough for them to qualify again. Not sure if FIFA will be giving CONCACAF more than its traditional 3 to 3.5 slots, so you figure they'll be fighting with Costa Rica and Jamaica for the third and fourth slots (don't see the US or Mexico not qualifying in 2010).

I think that they will qualify and probably shock the world with their performance again, and next time they won't be sent home after the first round.

I think they may qualify, but the same thing will happen. I was very proud of my little island nation.

They have to qualify for it first, an then it is dependent on which teams they face in their group.
