I think they get off on watching me dance around holding my winky making wharf faces while whiz leaks out of my ears while they "search" for the key. But I have them beat! I just go to the ones with car washes and follow a car through.

The quick answer is NO. Among other things, they are afraid of:
1- People drugging themselves in there
2- People killing themselves in there
3- People having sexual encounters (for fun, abuse, etc.)

Unless they hire a full-time bathroom attendant (additional cost passed on to the customer in one form or another) they'll be running a big insurance/lawsuit risk.

many people use gas station rest rooms to stock up on TP, light bulbs, cleaning supplies any thing they can carry out with them, down to the toilet it's self!
