Is there any way to sequentially number preprinted forms on a printer?

Sequentially numbered pre-printed ---------- nothing to do with the printer. Contact your stationary supplier, he should be able to supply.

Yes..

You ad a number to the text you want printed.

If you want 500 identical text with unique number you make a 500 page long file and print it once.
