Failure is the opportunity to begin again more intelligently. Success is never final. Failure never fatal. It's courage that counts. Read the book friend.

Turn to Jesus. The absolute BEST thing you can do is cast your cares on the Lord. He is always there for you, and he will never leave you or forsake you. If you need more of a actually person in a body to talk to, then find a good Bible based word of faith church in your neighborhood, and seek out some good REAL friends, that know the TRUE meaning of love and can show you what God is really like. I did it a few years ago, turned my life around and over to God, and things have never been better. I got a great job, and a wonderful loving family. God blessed me with a great home of my own, and things just keep going up. I'm blessed always, healthy, strong and prosperous. All because I've devoted my life to putting God first, serving and worshiping him, and helping others. It will help you too, believe me.

Have a nap :) Sit down and take stock of your life. Quitting is not an option, you define yourself by how you handle hard times. Life is a long term event the hard times are just a blip on the radar.

Look ahead to when life will be enjoyable again. Deal with the problems of the present and look forward to a happy life in the furure.
Your life is after all, Your Life, you make it what it is.

It may be silly, but really what has gotten me through those moments is the thought that "everything works out in the end." And it always does. Life may suck at the moment, but everything will come out for the better.

I find it better to believe in myself than to waste time believing that other people or some probably non-existant deity will come to my rescue.

There is always tomorrow.....

I know it is hard to beleive this but.....you can change your situation....
IF this problem is out of your control...you can't fix it and no doubt it isn't your fault anyway....
I for example had a dear friend or so i thought...
until she got married and drifted her own way...this did not include our friendship..
plus...I am emabarassed to say this but since you are so blue i will share....
we were on the phone ..she and i were done talking and
her child was tryiong to get her attention she says to me" I gotta go.." so i said " Ok dear friend" she thought i called her "dear" and that was that!
Talk about stupid reasons for not talking to someone....so things happen..I miss her friendship but what can i do?
I did not call her dear....it was and is
something that is too late to correct...
so...that is my story and i am sticking to it.

Take stock. What parts of your life make you happy? What parts are totally stressing you out? What steps can you take to change the things that are stressing you out?
Keep in mind that things won't always be this bad-- sometimes they'll be better and sometimes they'll be worse. Take control of your life and your happiness.

As I learned in sports, "Weather the Storm". That is, hang in there, you will survive and things will change for the better. Also remember that part of weathering the storm is not being ashamed to seek professional help.

Can you go talk to someone like a school counselor? What about a friend? You can call a hotline... just do a search for numbers in your area.

I go to another country and help the needy and just absorb all the culture and people around me. Then I feel better and also I'm closer to God that way.
