Honestly, if you really want to create your own website, I'd go to http://www.freewebs.com/ and if you want some special tools for your site, and I THINK they do webhosting too, go to http://www.bravenet.com/ . They have some amazing features that you can add onto your own site. I hope this helped, and good luck!
