Arrrgh! Someone actually sent me an official e-mail at work today that was typed like that!
It drives me crazy!!

Either they think it looks cool or is cool, or had the caps lock key on and after typing the question looked at it and submitted it anyway or they may just not care.
People, you'll go nuts if you try to figure them out.

because they are really REALLY bored and can't think of anything else to do except take 5 extra minutes to type their sentences out with alternating caps. Rather than type it normally.
Maybe their fingers really need the exercise but I didn't know they made swimsuits for fingers now.

The same reason they don't spell out words like "ne1". You'll go through the trouble tO Do ThIs... but you won't type "anyone"???

That hurts my eyes. I only answered because its you, its to get attention and make their question stand out. Doesn't work on me though.

because they think it looks cool....maybe in a user ID or something but when you chat with someone and they do that, its very annoying. Makes me wanna reach through the monitor and smack them

For attention...makes it stand out for people so they don't miss it...I personally try to avoid those ones.
