HELL'S KITCHEN... does anyone know what happened to Micheal the winner from the first season?

I went to the Offical web site but didn't see anything about him...

The first poster is correct, but to be a little more specific, Michael was given the opportunity to have his own restaurant or return to London to continue training under Chef Ramsay. Michael said he really wanted to learn more and opted to do the latter. He was really cool and I'm glad he won. I hope he's doing well.
