At the national level, the best team is BRAZIL. It is the current world champion and has highly skilled and talented players with a lot of experience in international competition. Most of the players in the Brazil national team play in a strong Eureopean league club like Barcelona, Real Madrid, A.C. Milan, etc. When they are not playing good collectively, they still don't let the other team play well, and at any moment any of the 11 players on the field could make a fantastic play and convert a goal.
At club level would be BARCELONA from the Spanish football league "La Liga". They are the current European club champions. One of its main members is Ronaldinho who (of course) plays for the Brazilian National team. They have one of the deadliest strikers in Samuel Eto'o from Cameroon and a rising star in 18 year old Lionel Messi from Argentina. They also have an extremely creative midfield with Ronaldinho and Xavi (Spain) and a very strong defensive line with Carles Pujol (Spain) and Rafa Marquez (Mexico). The rest of the players are a perfect compliment to the ones mentioned.

Barcelona would by far be the best club team but for international i would say espana over brasil because brasil is only making the goals and they are playing worse than their opponent or just the same as their opponent while spain gets the goals and plays better than their opponent when they win.
