It will take some time, but Google has one of the best data bases to identify programs..... especially those with the weird names like lxbdra.exe :-)
Type in the program exactly as you see it and let Google do the work. If you read the description it will usually say something like, "This program is an essential part of Windows blah, blah, blah." Or it might say, "This program is not necessary for your computer to function properly."

Run your computer in safemode, and check msconfig again, see what is left.
The best way to remove programs that run in the background is search for the items that come up in that list, look at the filepath in the "Details" view to see which application they are related to and go into the options/configuration/preferences setting of that application to prevent it from running at startup and running in the background.
Also remove anything from your startup folder. This can be found in your start menu under programs.
Right click on your start button, select explore, then open the programs>startup folder. Delete the contents.

Go to the services tab and click "hide all microsoft services". Then disable whatever is remaining. Also, on the processes tab, just read carefully what is running on there. Alot of times you'll find instant messaging programs and other internet downloads that you probably do not want running at start-up. You can disable these by un-checking. Just do not disable any virus protection software or other crucial programs, etc... Hope this is what you were after, and it was helpful. good luck!

If you can not guess from the names of the files and/or the directory it is in, then about all you can do is uncheck a handful at a time. If something stops working (nothing you uncheck will keep you from being able to boot up), just go back and recheck/uncheck a box or two at a time until you figure out which one(s) you need.
Most of the time, you can uncheck them all without doing any damage.

best thing to do is find the file it's actually executing at the end of the line like hotkey.exe, and then google it. You should have a bunch of results that will identify what the file is, and if it's required. This is a super helpful website with people that chime in as to what the file does:

If you dont know what you are doing, don't mess with it at all. If there is a specific start up program or running program that you want to disable it should show there. I wouldn't recommend you mess with it unless you know what you are trying to do, add more details to your question plz.
