Baseball is the most difficult sport because of how difficult it is to hit a baseball. I'm not sure of how many other sports there are where 30% success rate makes you an all-star player.
Baseball is also very fatguing in that the season is so long that it is difficult to stay healthy for such a long time.

I think talent would have to be ice hockey, that a sport most people can’t play competitively, mean if you and your buddies got together odds are your not play ice hockey very competitively. . Not like, you would basketball or football, reason being is not many people play it even in pick up games (not saying you don’t but odds are there are more people that don’t). I think most sport are strains on the body but I think the Biathlon is the most grueling of sport (cross country skiing and target shooting).

I believe baseball is the hardest. Just think about it. What other sport do you use a "round" object to hit another "round" object. Let alone something that is coming at you being thrown in upwards of 90 mph from 60 feet. All other sports you have a "flat" plane to "shoot" at.

Best answer I can come up with is,,,"LIFE"

Not strictly a SPORT, but definitely a competition, and one we don't always win at, but hopefully live another day to engage in.

I suspect that without competition, many have little or no purpose. Without WINNING,,,many have little to feel successes in, or fulfillment.

I prefer to engage in LIFE, as the CONTEST,,no matter the energy expended, physically, emotionally, or spiritualy, and the GOAL, really is just in making it to the "NEXT GAME"

Basketball
At least for me. I swear, my head is a basket ball magnet. And It's hard to play a game with homicidal sports equipment.

ice hocey because u have to have excellent control of the puck and u have to figure out how to get it past a guy who is in front of a rather small net compared to other spports u also have to worry about penalties and being checked into the boards by opposing players and how to get the puck to ur teammate when ur push up agianst the boards and u also have to worry about getting into fights.
