Strangly enough, my earliest memory is one of listening to a preacher deliver an outdoor sermon about the seventeenth chapter of the Gospel According to Mark while mounted on a purple camel near a trailer park in Lower Fox Paw, Alaska on the afternoon of February 31, 1973. I wouldn't say it was especially sweet.

Memory of things don't just have to be about things you remember though sight, right? Well if that is the case, when i was about two or three, i was transferred to a orphanage in Russia were i was delighted to smell a type of soap called Ivory. Although many people have heard of the soap, in Russia there is much less of the substance floating about, so when i first got the whiff of it, i was able to remember the smell of it till today! That is why i love the Ivory soap smell, and i only use that type of soap!

My first memory is from when I was three years old. I was helping my parents pick out my first dog. At the time I felt like there were thousands of dogs running all over the place. In reality there were probably only six little puppies.

My first memory is from when I was two. There was a family reunion in either Georgia or North Carolina (I can't remember which at the moment), and it was winter. I had a pair of purple mittens that my great grandmother made for me and I thought that I had lost them in the snow, but they were actually just in the bottom of my bag. :)

I must have been about four years old, I remember waking up sitting on the bed surrounded by "pink things", I asked later what they were. my Mother made costumes for a ballet school...they were tutus, pink with green tops, they looked like roses. A sweet memory still with me.

I was 4 years old in 1964 and can vividly remember being at the park with Mom, Dad, and little brother for a picnic. My family is the greatest, respectfully.

I was around 4, and my memory is of dancing on my grandfathers feet, to a Frank Sinatra song, "just the way you look". Years later at my wedding reception I danced with him to the very same song. So yeah, it's a SWEET memory.
Thanks for helping me to remember it again.

I remember sitting outside on a skateboard and trying to make myself go down the sidewalk and throwing a tenis ball with my brothers. I guess that's sweet.

Approximately 3 yrs. Swinging in a swing next to my sister in my aunts front yard. Not sweet or otherwise just a picture in my mind of us swinging.
