The cushions have gotten quite worn as I have 2 dogs that climb all over it. Wondering if I can patch the worn parts or re-upholster them all-together, as the rest of the couch is still in perfect condition... Any suggestions?

Actually, you could make or buy slipcovers for them. A chic new look is to have the cushions upholstered in a different fabric than the body of the couch. You could get a dog friendly chenille or faux tapestry that would be more durable for your pawed friends.

You could make new covers for your cushions using a similar type fabric. Or find a less expensive fabric that doesn't look out of place with the rest of the Sofa.( Which is "in" these days. )
Covering the foam Cushions is not that hard, if you have some basic sewing skills. If the present covers have cording around the edges, just don't try to put them back on. Making your project more simple. Your local Fabric Store should carry an "how-to" book, supply the fabric & findings, OR help you locate a seamstress or Uphlotsery shop that will do the job. They should give you a free estimate. It will still be cheaper than buying a new sofa.
The new cushions covers can "slip-over" the old covers. But for a better fit the old coverings should be removed. GL with your project.

You can re-upholster them. Patches look pretty bad.

They sell repair kits that work and will do the job for you, look around and ask at some different hardware stores.
