I want to open it as any file, I just need it open. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I still have the PrimaVision program, but I am unsure as how to save it as a PDF.

Photoshop does not have a filter for this file format.
Have the person who provided it to you PDF the file (or print it to PostScript and give you the PostScript, letting you distill the file in Acrobat.)
You can then open the PDF file in Photoshop.

I accept as true with california u. yet once you've a folder finished of images, you do not favor to do them one by 1! After beginning Photoshop, pass to document > Automate > internet image gallery. opt for the folder of foundation, and a folder destination. you could then outline the thumbnail length and image length of the images and high quality. click ok and also you may make a cuppa even as photoshop is doing the exertions. even as that is done, pass to the folder destination and there'll be a folder said as "pictures" the position all of your pictures are!
