hell no..the govt is all bullshit for scaring people. Why would they go behind you, who they know may save some few 100s of dollars in case they catch you while spending some 1000s on intel and logistcis to catch you. **** all the **** they scare you with, as long as people exist, so will software/movies, so will illegal downloading. I have been long enough to knwo it

The illegal part is to UPLOAD/SEND illegal data, not download it. If it scares you that much, you can unshare everything you have and they won't be able to do anything.

But, I really wouldn't worry if I were you. They will go at companies making P2P software, not each individual using it.
