The British are coming! What if...?

Question

Aside from the Beatles, (2 wonderful guys have died), what 60's British group would you love to see again either in concert or on records? Why? Please just speak from your heart or at least from your OWN memory. DO NOT transfer a bunch of text from some internet site.

"Wings At The Speed Of Sound." Am I clever, or what? Only a Beatle/Wing individual will know what the heck I'm talking about .

Check out my other questions re: the Beatles and British music. I'm getting a lot of email from folks who are having fun, remembering this incredible period of time, when the music was so much fun. (And good!)

Jeez...surely to God, you don't mean I have to pick just one, do you???

I mean, there is no other Jimi Hendrix, or Jethro Tull, or Joe Cocker. The Hollies, Cream and Led Zeppelin are at the top of the list, with The Moody Blues and Procol Harem close behind. My late sixties and the entire seventies were filled with these artists.

I saw The Who in concert not too many years ago, and I've seen Paul McCartney, and Joe Cocker. I'd love to see Led Zeppelin, and Jethro Tull. And I'd give the perverbial right nut to see Jimi Hendrix.

I have a bit of trouble remembering parts of the seventies....but, I'm certain The Traveling Wiburys and The Sex Pistols were nowhere to be found in the sixties...lol

the who should have another album out, they should team up with paul and ringo

bob dylan should also get the travleing wilburys back together, i know george harrison is dead but it would still be a great band
