Rivers has the talent to be a good qb he has alot of weapons including gates another pro bowler. but lt will take alot of the stress off an unexpereinced qb. there defense isnt half bad either so maybe they can keep leads and give him confidence.

LT is the BEST runningback in the league, perhaps (when his career is over) one of the top 5 to ever play. He will make any quarterback look good. Any defense that has to have at least 3 guys watching this guys every move definitely takes pressure off the QB. The guy can run, catch and even pass for touchdowns. He runs a great option.

A lot better because if the opponent team can't stop LT did Rivers it takes the pessure off of Rivers because he doesn't need to win the game by himself. If the other team can stop LT than Rivers has to be great or they will lose.

Everybody will think Phillip Rivers will be the most amazing thing this year, even if he only throws 1 TD, but LT will do all the work this year.

LT will just look better because he will get more of the workload. I mean come on LT has more touchdown passes than Rivers

phillip rivers will look like that best qb this year because of LT and antonio gates. teams will be so worried bout LT and gates that phillip rivers will rack up some stats.

LT wont make him look good. It'll definitly take some pressure off him as far as making plays. LT isnt THAT big of a reciever so he wont make the QB "look good". Thats up to the recievers of the team.

Well, if Philip Rivers can read defenses, really good. Because the offense will be run oriented. Opposing defenses will be playing run, which will mean single coverage on the outside. Bingo! Big plays!

He'll take pressure off, but it will take Rivers a good 2-3 years to account for anything Brees ever did.
