No, the most dangerous job in the Navy is deep sea repair. It is a very lethal job. It pays a huge bonus, or used to and in the real world pays unbelievable amounts, but the odds of dying are quite good. On the plus side, you get to dive to the bottom of the ocean when you leave the Navy and repair oil rigs.

OPM is right in his answer, other high risk jobs include Explosive ordinance disposal team members, rates in the SEABEE's, Aviators.
But remember this, on subs and ships each person is prone to dangerous jobs, you have a job you are (your rate) but during General quarters you may be in a damage control locker, a gun mount, or posted as an look out. There are dangers everywhere.
