Any pregnancy book should offer this information. Make sure that you buy a recently updated version. Also, my doctor gave me something called a "pregnancy sheet" showing the basics of do's & don'ts of pregnancy. The biggest things to watch for are fish, don't eat lake water fish, or tuna, or any other fish containing higher levels of mercury. Also, don't eat lunch meat. They may contain a bacteria that's harmful to the baby. Don't eat things that are tomatoey or spicy if you're having heartburn or morning sickness.
Also, just concentrate on the do's of eating. Make sure you stay hydrated, drink plenty of water. Do eat plenty of fruits & vegetables, so you don't get constipated. Along with fiber! Do eat plenty of iron-rich foods, like steak (fully cooked), and make sure you're getting enough calcium. Make sure all meats & proteins are fully cooked, especially eggs.
Ensure now makes a product called "Healthy Mom" - I personally was never a shake-drinker, but the snack bars are pretty good. They even sent me a menu plan, what kinds of normal foods to eat day-by-day that even the rest of my family can eat too. I'll leave their website on my answer.

Avoid too much tuna.
I get all my information from blueribbonbaby.com. I don't recommend using the guidelines in books like What To Expect When You're Expecting because they are very strict, and a lot of the rules are completely unnecessary.

mostly don't eat "big" fish because higher mercury levels , caffine because it raises both yours and the babies heart rates, Prossecced food, like hot dogs because of the things they throw in it ..... Kosher foods are ok because they use clean healthy meat and only the best stuff.. .. Deli foods because you don't know how long they have been sitting there and could house bacteria.. but you can eat anything you want as long as it's in portions,,, i liked off Milk shakes and mashed potatoes but i only ate them once a day or less ......

The only thing I was ever told was not to eat alot of fish because of the mercury and diet soda, I did sneak diet soda every once in a while.

I second the reply about the book "What to expect When You're Expecting". Your body can give you some big clues as well. i think the fish thingis all about the smell and morning sickness.

Use the intenet. I don't recommed alot of fish. Just eat right, not alot of sweets (you and the baby can get diabeties), no chocolates, eat good stuff, fruits, vegs, drink milk and water, and take your vitamins. you'll feel good and when you see the baby you'll be happy you did.
