If you try downloading a game from a website.......?

and a box comes up saying that i have security restrictions that aren't allowing it to download, how do i turn off the restrictions??

Try going to TOOLS on your top browser menu. Then go to Internet Options. Then click on SECURITY tab and for the internet restriction, change it to medium. It might also be your firewall settings, you might want to change the preferences on that too.
