I'm 32 and in good shape and consider myself to be a nice looking guy. I like to look good and want to buy clothes that are in style, but I feel like crap after shopping at those stores. All the ppl working there look at me as if I'm 50.
So does it matter how good you look if you are over a certain age?

I don't think there's an age limit for those stores...or really most clothing stores. Shop for whatever the hell you want, who cares what others think? You're spending money in their store - they should be happy!

Personally, at 27, I don't shop there anymore because they are "school" clothes. None of the clothes there fit my current lifestyle (ie: work wardrobe!). However, if I could, I would still shop whereever I like the clothes. If they fit your life, why not? Those teeny-boppers working the counter are just a bunch of morons anyway, why care what they think?

I'm 27 and I feel way too old for any of those stores...I've felt that way for about 3 or 4 years now. The workers give you weird looks. Also, I teach middle school (age12-14) and that's all they wear so....I'd stear clear!

I think that it is totally fine as long as you are in shape and look good in it! My mom is almost 40 and she has a very petite figure, and fits in to their size 0 jeans...so yeah, that's totally fine!

When you can use your senior discount:)hehe.Other than that dress as you please, if you look good then why not.Who cares if younger people shop there, if they don't like it then oh well. You are old enough to decide what you want to be wearing. If it fits your style then I would say go right ahead.
