Neutrogena oil-free line... I like the ance cleanser for morning and the acne scrub/mask for exfoliation at night. And I always use the Moisture SPF 15 for protection!!
Most importantly, what you put in your body is reflected on your skin. So be sure to drink a lot of water (or crystal light, same thing and tastier!) and eat a lot of fresh fruits and veggies (spinach, tomatoes, carrots, strawberries, etc).

I used to have that problem too. My doctor told me to use a soap called, Purpose Soap. You can get it at Wal-Mart and a big bar only costs about $3.00. If you don't see it, the pharmacy can order it for you, that's what I have to do. But, it works better than anything I've ever used. Wash with it 2 to 3 times a day.

The best facial cleansing that I have came across is Aveta hypoallergenic wash. I am VERY sensitive to the "non-hypoallergenic" washes, such as Noxzema, Dove, Lever....( just to name a few) and have found this wash to be wonderful.

there are many different products on the market it could all get confusing. so you could ask your Doctor which ones best for your skin proactive is also very good . if you do any sports make sure to wash your face cause all the sweat causes pimples. p.s. (hope this helps)

all you need to do is wash your face twice a day with dove beauty bar. don't use a wash cloth because it has germs on in. use the palms of your hands to wash and lather your face. your face is precious and you don't have to put anything harsh on it. use cold water after you rinse off the soap. its inexpensive, and works like magic if you do it all the time. TRUST ME!
