The way Ghana was able to go into the defense of Brazil,I doubt Brazil's defense can withstand countries like Germany or Argentina

Completely agree with you. If the goal by Adriano had rightly been ruled offside Ghana would have a chance to get back into the game. Ghana is a really good team. Waiting to see them the next time too. Yeah, for me, the winner of Germany-Argentina is going on to win the world cup. Brazil's defense is like a sieve trying to contain water.

Couldn't agree more.
Everyone says their (Brazil) defense was bad, but maybe we were watching different games. What I saw was an extremely quick team (Ghana) with good passing skills, only their finishing (and defense) prevent them from being a top team. Ghana made it through on a group WINNING against the US and Czech Republic. If you saw those games you would see that Ghana also created many opportunities, but also had problems scoring.
Everybody look at games expecting shows, you gotta look at the tactical game, where the players look and what the coach is trying to point out for his players. More often than not, it is the "weak" team that played well and not the strong one that played poorly.
Anyway, I just hope more teams play like Ghana, they really shined for me, this counterattack-forever that most teams use against Brazil was getting old.

Germany will win their area is soo youthful and are so good they are very tactiacal and function many playmakers i think Spain will win the 2012 ecu Championship and could be actual up there on the 2014 international cup I beileve the only reason Spain beat Germany interior the 2010 international cup semi finals is with the help of the fact Germany neglected arugably the wonderful participant interior the amazingly proficient Thomas Mulller who became the best scorer of the international cup i think of if Germany had Muller they might have beatean Spain, I mean I dont think of Spain can beat Argentina 4-0

I cheered for Ghana all through the qualifying rounds. They played greattttttt, and sorry to see them go. And if they had played anyone except Brazil I would still cheer them on :)
Brazil will have a tough time with Germany in the finals. But Brazil will win....they're all set to win. (Problem with a team like Brazil is that they have set the bar high for themselves and expectations are so high for them. so even if they play music and score 4 goals, they're still considered "not upto match", even with Ronaldo holding WC record for goals, 15)

Ghana played very well, despite the flawes in defense. Brazil is, of course, capable of winning the cup, but they are not what everyone thought they would be.

i feel the same way.... but i think Ghana can be compared with countries like gremany + argentina... they play really well !!! .. im trying to make up my mind as to whether it was bcos of brazil lagging that ghana cut into their def. or bcos ghana was just that good... in any case, i hope brazil is back in form for the next matches.. they need to to start getting more aggressive

definitely they can... won all 4 games, conceded only 1 goal, Ghana, Australia ...arnt easy team to beat, italy already proved that. Moreover they are scoring regularly, there isnt any reason to believe spain or england playing better than them. Between Argentina and Germany one will leave soon then italy, only thing is to see who is going to meet them in the final.

Ghana were very good , hats off !! But your finishing was poor. You were done in by inexperience as you lost to both the big teams you faced.
Brazil doesnt look their best but who else except germany does ?
