Unfortunetley you have lost the best place there was up till a couple of years ago... The camden Palace feet first night... Now Club koko (behind mornington crescent)and although more packed Club NME is nowehere near as good.
Likewise Looney tunes at the dome in tufel park near the station on Sat...
Used to be packed but (aint been in the last month or so) went dead and that was so sad to see a place that was so full of life.... It would be great if you could get your mates to pack out the place again... used to hold a few thousands recently saw 80.
Check it out though... Make it live again...
Go down to Camden Market the ones near the canal... You will meet 1000s who are like you, all the best clothes and be able to find out all the new best places.
There is a bar next to Archway station (aint been there) for thursday.
You could try Aussie bars that mix indie with party (and often have wild debauched party games too) with bands...
Redback tavern in Action Town and possible Walkbaout bars like in Shepherds Bush.
Go to gigs and pick up flyers...
Mean fidler underr the astoria venue at behind tottenham court road station...

The Kashmir Club (http://www.kashmirklub.com/) was a pretty cool place, I seem to remember, as is the tiny 12 bar club (http://www.12barclub.com) on Denmark Street. You can almost certainly guarantee a good band playing and some great beer!
