Some women will keep a man for a number of reason's, whether it be sex, money, a good father to her child or their child, or just moral support, when does it become to much and how do women deal with letting a man go knowing it will break their hearts?

You can always develop feelings for others, it doesnt mean you act on them. If your in a committed relationship and have a crush on someone at work, are you suppose to leave your relationship? HELL NO! If you have no self control you shouldnt be in any relationships. If your mate is disrespecting you or shows he or she doesnt care then you bounce. If you are in an affair and want to leave your relationship...leave but you dont leave because you have FEELINGS for another.

Most women do not end up in situations like this. The only Type of woman that would end up in a situation like this is one who is afraid that she can not do it on her own. A woman who is not very self reliant. I would question if her feelings for the other guy are real or if she is just looking for a way to get out of the situation she is already in. Sort of trying to keep one man until a better one comes along. Only in a dysfunctional way. A woman who was confident in herself would not waste any of her precious time with a man that isn't going to be a benefit to her life. The only thing coming out of this situation is hurt, resentment and a bad parental example for the poor kid who is going to grow up and think that they must rely on someone else to make themselves feel worthwhile.

I think your right, mostly for the sake of the children. Maybe you just have to really let her know how you feel about her, she may just be staying because she doesn't really feel like raising the children by herself.

You wouldnt have feelings for other men if you were honestly committed to your man and having your relationship work. You wouldnt even have budding relationships with other men.
