Ive started my business in Cincinnati and I want to know , if I want to keep my customers happy what should I do.

Prevent the leaks.
Offer free or very inexpensive evaluation of plumbing especially when someone is buying a new place.
Show up when you say you will.
Be available at a reasonable rate for those "emergency" times - at night and over the weekends and holidays.
Give referrals to other specialists - say, HVAC guys, or someone who can fix that washer and dryer - that you know are reliable, reasonable people.
When you don't know the solution, SAY SO - and know whom to call to get the problem fixed.
CLEAN UP WHEN YOU ARE DONE.
