I love my kids father but we have so many things that comes between us. He is my world but how do i get pass all the things as far as I feel he don't know what his life goals and aspirations are and he's not making any effort that I see towards it. He has graduated from high school but will not contiune his education in college. He don't have a job either ( calims he can't find a job). I'm ready for big things and i want he in the picture. What shall i do?

Well things in life sure go in other directions sometimes than what we expect but for the kids you two can find away because all it is a rut he's in.
Once he gets a job its on this is a hard process because he has gotten use to being this way but with you both and your love as a family your dreams can come together.

If you tell him you are leaving, I bet he will come up with a job
if he lets you walk, well, you can do better
