Man that is Totally impossible first you need to have the same blood type but that is not going to matter because medically nobody cant give a leg to no one what you friend need is one of those plastic legs for amputee people and you need a brain.

If this were true his body would reject another person's leg. A prosthetic is the best solution.
My brother got a huge chunk blown out of this thigh from a black powder accident and they still saved his leg.

If you doing something that involves you using both of your legs than I wouldn't, but to be a nice friend I would.Or he could just get a mechanical leg.

you can if you want to....but you have to be the same blood type and like the same length of leg....and it costs money....ur bestfriend can just get a bionic leg or only have one leg .....then he could tell the exciting story of how he got shot! unless ur the one who shot him on accident and feel really guilty......i preferably would keep my leg

don't trust your friend he will get away with your legs then you will suffer. If you really wanna do it then you need to watch some hostel and saw movies to warm up, then do it right away
