An odd decision to receive both a J.D. and an M.D., but I've known it to be done. You must have very specific career goals?
Medical schools require preparation for entry, biology and chemistry courses among other things. I suppose that, logically, you would want the M.D. first, as law school would generally just look for good LSAT results, and good grades in general.
Good luck with that.. should only take about 8 years or so post-B.A.

Sure it is (assuming that you can get accepted to both programs.) I had a doctor that did law school and med school simultaneously (and at a very highly rated school!) That's probably not the best idea if you like to sleep like EVER!

Yes, you can become both a lawyer and a doctor.
However it could take you 12 years to complete your requirements to become an MD
