My dear friend, it is best to live for the day. We have no control over the future and what may happen. Obviously we cant go around doing stupid things to mess our lives up.
Living for the day means: dealing with the past and putting the future in God's hands.
Stop being so afraid, I will pray for peace for you.

You shouldn't be afraid of tomorrow. Yeah, sure you don't know what's gonna happen but you can't live life in fear. Take each day as it comes and remember each day is a blessing. None of us know what's going to happen so you just have to hope for the best.

You're afraid of tomorrow because your today isn't so great and you think every day is gonna be the same, but that's not true. If you live today to the fullest, you won't be afraid of tomorrow anymore!

Hiya,
The prospect of tomorrow may be scary when you dont know what to expect,when today and the day before wern't good,but we are the omly ones who can CHOOSE what tomorrow will be!
It may not seem worth the wait but if you and only you make the choice that it will be a good day,it will! we are the only jail keepers in our lives,you are free and you are free to choose again!!! :)

i feel like all the time. I think its because of all the negative things that have happened in my life that i feel sared something bad will happen again, but i am trying to force myself to be positive....like as soon as some bad thought comes in my head i tell myself "nothing will happen" and then forcefully distract myself with something else, till i forget all about it.....don't know how long it will work but its working for now.
