i have a friend that only talks to me if she wants somthing i want to tell her that we should not be friends no more if she is going to ask for my stuff
help

she doesn't sound like a "friend" at all. you should tell her that she's not being a good friend to you, and it's not fair. tell her that you don't want to waste your time in a friendship that she is basing on your willingness to give her things. i hope that might help.
if it would make you uncomfortable telling her something like this face to face, do it alternatively, say through email, phone or a letter.

I have a similar friend, whom I now call an associate. She only comes around when she can get something from me. I've learned to deal with her with a long handle spoon. We still talk but everything is at a limit. She can not borrow from me and when I give her things she pay for them, unless I want to give. She doesn't come around as much anymore, but at least I still have my dignity.

that is the best thing for you to do. Apparently she is not worthy enough to be called a friend in the first place.

I have found that ignoring people like that is the best solution.
Eventually they will move on to someone else.
