The point here is that he had a prescription with him that was not in his name, which is a second-degree misdemeanor. His plea agreement says he "will refrain from any violation of any law." It doesn't matter what his motivation was, he violated the law. I'm interested to see how this plays out...

Why did liberals deliver immoral Bill Clinton a cross, a lot more critical, and an elected legitimate? Rush Limbaugh is a radio exhibit host, he does not set coverage, sigin expenditures into regulation, or make selections that experience an have an impact on at the public. Yes, you're lacking some thing, you're seeking to positioned the person on trial on Yahoo....develop up somewhat...

It's only a second degree misdemeanor. He won't get any time. If anything he will have to continue treatment longer than he had wanted. He could get the whole thing dropped by admitting he has a problem and checking himself into treatment facility.
Do you really think he should do hard time for taking Viagra? Robert Downey Jr. got caught with cocaine and handguns on several different occasions, and he didn't do time until after the third. Would you really care if he wasn't a Conservative?

LOL. Aren't you of the party that coddles rapists, murderers, drug pushers and users? I mean, good lord, that Kennedy guy basically got the reach around by his adoring liberals for crashing his car while drunk. So you SHOULD actually be looking for ways to help Rush. Where's the ACLU for crying out loud. He is the perfect candidate. If you are for Kennedy, Robert Downey Jr, and the 5'2'' child molester only serving probation because we must be compassionate about his stature, then surely you have compassion for Rush!!!!! LOL. Hahahahaha. I just love how this stuff comes right back to bite liberals in the ***.

If he put his plea deal in jeopardy...then he should suffer the consequences...but why are you all so eager to throw the man in jail when you don't have all the facts? His lawyer has stated the prescription was for him, and it was under his doctor's name for privacy reasons...(irony, anyone?) What about the ACLU...will they protect him with their innocent until proven guilty mantra? Nope..he's a Republican.
And...viagra is not a controlled substance..you can't become addicted to it..so it is a little different than oxycontin...

Rush got caught with a bottle of Viagra.
Well we have all known he was hard up, but now we know he usually is not up hard.
Can't imagine anything worse then not letting him have that stuff. He's already going deaf and blind. he shouldn't be using his hands, anyhow.

Let's go light on him. Make him live in and work at a homeless shelter for six months.
