This Guy I like always stares at me in class. When I look at him he doesn't. I thought he liked me. But I had his friend ask him out for me. And he said no. He says he doesn't like any girl that way. But I'm still not convinced. HELP!!

Sounds like he is shy, and needs to mature a bit. Maybe if you asked him yourself, it might be different, or you could just wait for him to get his courage up and do it himself. It is hard for a guy to ask a girl out. Always the fear of rejection involved. Best of luck.

You take the same class together... find something to talk about. Ask him for help with a project or to clarify something you 'didn't catch' in class. Get to know him a little and then talk to him about it directly.

Go talk to him yourself. Be sure it's just you and him so that he isn't embarassed by his friends or yours.
He's probably really shy, so if you like him you're going to have to be a little patient.
