she said 2 ppl will die ... she NEVER specified that one of them was HP ... do you have a source that says that? anyways, its up to her what she wants to do ... i very much doubt she will change anything regardless of who pressures her into doing so ...
take care

The author is allowed to do what she likes with her characters and to advance the story the way she sees fit.
I'm sorry, that's just the way the world works.
Since Book 7 is supposed to be the last book, Rowling is probably not worried about "how the story would go on." Presumably Harry wouldn't die until the end, because you can't kill the title character off until the denouement.
Also consider that J.K. is probably trying to start up the hype for Book 7 - and it's working. She didn't say she WAS going to kill Harry. Only that she MIGHT.

The Harry Pottor books aren't all that well known, certainly not "famous".
The Harry Potter books on the other hand....
Oh no, wait, look, there's all the rest of your dreadful spelling to contend with too.
As for the prophecy, all that says is that only one of the two can survive, not which one will kill the other, nor even that one of them will be the one to kill the other, so you're making that bit up too.

She never said Potter will die. She said two people will die. Plus in the beginning she said she would only write seven books so this will be the end of the series. You have to think that if she does kill him off she probably has a good reason like she doesn't want some other author to try to continue writing her books. So, lets just see what happens. We don't know it will be Potter and most likely you are going to convince to not kill anyone. Sometimes that is the only way to finish off a series and book.

No, R&S is a widely used topic less than Society and subculture. in case you commence breaking it down through religions/conception platforms you'll finally end up with 15 Catholic, 213 Baptist, 3 or 4 Muslim, 2 Methodist diverse varieties to point some. this question sounds like your faith is so susceptible that you do not favor it to be undertaking or that you're terrified of free speech in a public dialogue board. I do not ignore that some people will be insulting and customarily people examine extra "emotion" into solutions that become meant, yet that's instantly ahead to *all* people in this web site - assorted the most hateful issues i have seen the following were from "believers".

How do YOU know that J.K. is planning on killing Harry off. I don't think that she would, it would mean less money for her because who wants to read a book a poor, red head (Ron) take Harry's place and fight Voldemort??!!? That would suck. YOU can't say that Harry is going to be killed off in less YOU are JK ROWLING in the flesh. You can't make up this crap or believe everything that you hear. It's not all true you know!

How do you know that when he "dies", he won't be around. How do you know what happens when anyone dies? What about his parents? Weren't they in one of the movies? If you like the writing of this particular author, let the writer write. Your opinion of what is written or is going to be written, should matter very little. Did the author consult you simple people when the books first came out? Leave it alone. Leave the author alone.
How would you like to write your own book, then have to listen to people tell you you're doing it wrong? What's wrong with you?

Whatever will be, will be. It's really up to Rowling what happens to Harry. Let things take their natural course.

At this moment, everything is inside JK Rowling's head. We don't know what's going to happen. I have no desire to influence her story. I'm confident that she will finish the story brilliantly, regardless of the outcome or how she thinks people will feel about it.
