Hopefully nowhere. That is a surgical procedure and should be done by a qualified professional in an animal hospital. Would you perform sugery on a human yourself or send them to a hospital? The hospital of course.

If you're really too cheap to take the dog to the vet get the biggest knife out of your kitchen drawer and hack em off.
Then when the dog bleeds to death you won't need to worry anymore.
Some people don't deserve to have pets.

seriously, unless you are a vet who went to school for such a procedure. DON'T DO IT! spend less money and get it done right. Have some mercy on a defenseless animal. Think about this, how would you like some dude to perform a neutering on you that doesn't have the medical experience!

If you aren't concerned about performing a procedure that will cause him some pain--all you really need is a muzzel and a scalpel or very sharp knife. you could visit someone who raises baby pigs to see how it is done. Or you could buy a castration bander and band him (it is very safe and not painful). You can visit someone who raises sheep to see how it is done. You can get those at livestock supply stores or cataloges. Try www.caprinsupply.com They have a tool and rings for $15.

They aren't yet commercially available, but you probably have a whole drawer full of suitable things for neutering in the kitchen.

Just be prepared to explain yourself to the SPCA.

ARE YOU CRAZY!!!!??!!?! If you have no medical experience with animals you definately shouldn't be doing that and even if you do, you can't do that sort of thing at home. You'll kill your poor dog!!!

I don't think that there are any available. If there are, I think its wrong.

Take your dog to the vet and get it good medical care.

Get a really tight rubber band, leave it on for awhile, then get a really sharp knife, while he's asleep, whack!--you're done!!
