Individual I got to say Kobe because he has more experiences than Wade. Overall, Kobe is a better shooter than Wade from the free throw line, 3 pointer line, and inside the arc. Wade is a solid shooter but Kobe is better. Also Kobe is a better defender than Wade because he did get voted to 1st team for defends and Wade didn't.

Team Player I got to say Wade because Kobe is a ball hog. He will shot before pass. Wade average more assists than Kobe and he did play point guard last year and had a career high 18 assist I think. Wade is a team player but when he need to be a 1 man team than he could be but Kobe is always a 1 man team that why he score 81 points in one game.

Shaq has said many times that he thinks dwayne is the best player hes been with. And obviously hes played with kobe and wade. Wade is a better combo of team and individual playing, but kobe is a better individual. Although kobe isnt the best team mate.

I think that Dwayne Wade is the best player because it is all about teamwork. He knows how involve the other players. Kobe, in my opinion, plays the game 5 vs. 1.

It's pretty difficult to say. How would one define the word "better?" More points, rings, one-on-one abilities?

I feel Wade is growing as a basketball player, and he has certainly shown that in the '06 postseason finals. His ppg has increased, he is taking shots that he normally does not make (and makes them), and has shown a commitment to increase the level of his game through personal training sessions.

However, I would have to say that the edge and intangibles go to Kobe Bryant. Yes, his personal legal problems are not a mystery, and this will of course follow him throughout his career. But Kobe Bryant has the rare experience that very few basketball players in their lifetime will ever get to walk and talk about. Not only his ability to score and post high points, but his ability to weather adversity on the basketball court, especially when an important game is on the line, and to consistently overcome them with buzzer beater shots. Seeing him making those buzzer shots shows his confidence in his shooting abilities. It also demonstrates great composure on his part, despite the immense pressure, and his ability to change and control the flow of the game with timely 3's, dunks, and foul plays. A real player, with innate abilities that will continue to marvel many for years to come.

Individual: Kobe (he IS the Lakers)

Team: Wade (beats Kobe by a landslide)

Overall (career): Kobe (Wade hasn't had a GREAT career)

Overall (regular season 05-06): Kobe (82 pts)

Overall (playoffs 05-06): Wade (won NBA Finals MVP and he deserved it unlike Shaq who doesn't because he can barely make a free throw)

OVERALL: Kobe (but I still HATE him)

Wade as a team player
Kobe as individual
but neither can win a championship without Shaq.
