precum can be released even if there is not mental or physical stimulation, so it is possible for precum to come out without a hard on. As a matter of fact, the glans of the penis is usually humid or wet because of that. If you can recognize your bf's stains as precum is totally normal. If those stains don't look like semen or urine, you should talk to him about, cuz it could be a different kind of secretion due to an STD. No need to say is totally normal to find stains in men's underwear.

Yes, It's possible for the precum to come out without errection. It happens to me frequently, whenever I am talking with my girlfriend and I am psychologically turned on, It ozes out with little errection or even no errection. It's not a desease.

This is not a disease. A guy can get horny and excited and not have a full erection and have precum start flowing. Has happened many times with me and I don't have any disease. I have even ejaculated without a hardon. It is possible.

yes..some men naturally produce large amount of seminal fluids...it's not an indication that he was horny or not....besides most young men get hard on frequently through out the day, that's just nature....
