what is a good ointment, cream, topical, lotion, etc. to apply under the foreskin to promote good hygiene but does not 'sting' and is not greasy?

you do not apply anything on foreskin to keep it clean. infact you will create more smegma...you need to rinse and wash especially the underside of the penis head as often as you can...at least once a day.....some unscented body wash would be fine....

Hate to say this to a Bloke but U'd B better off washing with soap & water as hot as U can handle & rinse really, really well.
Putting creams there R not a good idea U could have a reaction 2 the cream.
Don't wash 2 much, about once ever other day should B ok.

simpaly take the fore skin back and wash it with water and any soft bathing soap.if the fore skin is too long or the aperture of this skin is too small ie.you are unable to take it back over your glance...the condition known as phimosis...beter get this skin cutoff by any expert surgeon.
