To certain extents all the answers are good. I have found out something. You do have to love yourself, but a key factor is to never give a woman you are interested in, a past run down of how you have been hurt or why you love romance either. Just don't compare all the women you date to past relationships and just keep them as learning experience.
Also try to make some friends with some women and pick thier brains on what the truly expect from a man and what they really want in a man. We ask these questions all the time but to be honest they don't tell us.
I have also learned that if they actually told us what they want they wouldn't be able to manipulate us and control our minds when we give them what they want.
I guess the moral of the story and the main truth behind all things to attract women and to get them to love you honestly. Here is the truth and believe me it hurts. You have to workout to look good, you have to have a good job so you have lots of money, and to ice it all of you have to be the life of the party where everyone likes you and wants your opinion to be the best.
I have been in several situations and I have come to the conclusion for now before I ever get into another relationship do the reaserch and really get to now women as what they are and get a good idea about them(honestlt they are all the same in one way or another) and then you pick the woman, don't let them pick you.

The answer is in your question. For a women to love a man she must see in him something that she wants. What is it that a women would want in you? "Make yourself" into a confident, directed, self-assured, not-needy man who can take or leave any relationship offered will make you attractive to women.
