depends on your definition of a typical indian girl...
i suggest that there is no such thing...
now if you were to say something like a "typical punjabi girl from delhi" i'd be more able to give my opinion.

To a certain extent I agree with what Babumoshai says.. that there is no typical Indian girl... also it depend on what you are looking in a girl -- beauty, intelligence, charm, wit -- all these attributes vary from person to person and also esp. in India... owing to vast cultural and geographical diversity, the definition of a typical Indian girl might vary on a large scale.
But if you ask about a quintessential 'Bhartiya Naari' (Indian women), then you might be able to get some objective answers... or you can watch old Indian movies (esp. Hindi) in which actresses like late Meena Kumari portrayed what was termed as typical Indian woman!

Shoonya,thank you for that barb abt the movies. The new crop of actors are spoiling wholesome Bollywood.Makes it harder to find a decent movie I can watch without having a Hollywood deja vu.
