How do u finish need for speed most wanted after u finish with the blacklist?

I noticed that even though i finished with all the members on the blacklist in my career it says that i only finished about 89% of the game. how do i finish the whole game?

You need to finish every single thing in the game to get 100% like milesrone and tollbooth and other races, it sucks

I think you have to finish All races, milestones.
