University of Kansas has an AWESOME autism/aspergers program. Here's a link to their special ed programs, I'm sure you can dig around and find other stuff. http://www.soe.ku.edu/sped/
Good luck, we need more autism specific resource teachers.

The school I attended, New Mexico State University, is a quality program for training in Learning Disabilities, Emotional Disorders, and Speech-Language Pathology. They also have a good Deaf/Hearing Impaired program. We often had exchange and foreign students attending because of the program's reputation. Now that I am "in the field" as a special ed teacher, and see the level of training other sped teachers have (or don't)... I truly appreciate NMSU's program.

If you are looking for Autism training, however, here's where you want to look:

Texas A&M has a really great special needs education program. They are one of the top ones. The best school is in Michigan, though. I however do not know the name of the university. Good Luck!!

Check out Penn State. I know for Behaviorism degrees, they have AWESOME online courses! I know they have an Autism program there, too!
