I don't mean to contradict the other answer, but I would say it's classic Grave's disease...goiter, exophthalmos and finger clubbing are all symptoms. Goiter is a symptom of Grave's disease. It's not only associated with hypothyroidism.

Hashimoto's patients don't present with exophthalmos and generally don't show finger clubbing, either.
