it is really a good question .........
nowadayz there are no males who really dont masturbate ......
just forr a short term pleasure thuey tend to do it .....
i tell u one thing ........
masturbation can lead to many psychological disturbances .....
as well as leads to pimples .... dont keep it as a daily work .
when you reaaly feeling to have sex n u dont find ur partner do it ok . dont store your sperms for a long time . but

Yes, if you do it in moderation. Regular ejaculation prevents prostate problems and helps maintain potency.
But if you do it too often, you may become a premature ejaculator.
