Men are visually stimulated and just looking does not mean he will act on approaching other women.
Women also look at other men. Think of it as when you go shopping at the mall and see an outfit in the display window. You stop and look and think you might like it but the size, style, color are wrong for you so you don't buy it.
Be assured when in the end your man comes to you and shows you his affection and full attention.

Men are naturally very visual. (It may come from the role of hunter.)
Just because he looks doesn't mean he is interested or would act on anything he sees.
The male brain seems to have the philosohy, "If it is there look." Some men don't even realize that they are doing it. And few of us are aware of just how obvious it is to women that we are looking.
