I am afraid you have a boyfriend who at least wants the illusion that there has been no one before him. He wants you to be his virgin, untouched by other men.
Why? Maybe he is insecure and thinks that you will be always comparing him to other guys you have known and maybe leave him if he does not measure up.
Or maybe he believes that a girl should only know one man like the preachers say and he doesn't want to know anything about any other guy you may have known.
Try talking to him about it. If he gets really upset talking about it, you may need to rethink your relationship. A first kiss at a young age is a minor detail. He needs to understand that you are with him and not the guy who gave you your first kiss.

He is just jealous and does not want you remembering times you had with other guys in your past. He wants you to be only focused on him and by you answering that question, he saw that you had to actually think of another guy. Yes, he is being childish, but that is how some guys really are.

It sounds like your boyfriend is the controlling type. If he can't handle the idea of you having kissed other guys you should leave. It's only going to get worse.

he got jealous. it could have been that when you shared that info he felt you were recalling the actual kiss and thinking about how good it was. Men act tough but thats all it really is at times...an act

I have no idea why that would upset him. I don't know why people try to deny that their significant other was sexual with someone else before they met. It's weird to me.
