You can grow fruits and vegetables all year round in any state so long as you have a green house.

I would think anywhere if you use a green house and keep a very good eye on the temperature of what you are growing.

Arizona maybe its where i live, in the summer it gets to maybe 110 and winter 38 but i hardly ever freezes, but try mid arizona or nourthern the south it too hot

in Florida you can have two growing seasons but there is no where I know of for all year round
