Yes U can...Put it in the scanner...scan as a OCR..import it to MS Word..then edit it...Make sure you read the document....sometimes it picks up funny characters.

Yes but you will need photoshop because scanners do not save the document as a text document but generally as a jpeg.

It depends on how you scan it in. If it is an OCR document then yes. If it is an Adobe file then no.

Only if you have scanned it with a good OCR (optical character recognition) program, otherwise it's just a picture, only way to change things is like you would with a picture cloning etc.

once you delete stuff they to the recycle bin the place you are able to easily delete them permeletly, to your web pages in case you have aol their is a few thing on the backside actual hand corner referred to as residing house windows click on that and their would be somthing referred to as clean foot prints

yes, as long as u can it using OCR software.
this software should have came with your scanner.
